Gray rhino theory is spreading in China. On July 16, the term was mentioned in a review of the National Conference on Financial Work, followed by an editorial on the front page of the official People’s Daily. On August 3, 2017, CGTN “World Insight” host Tian Wei spoke with Michele Wucker, who created the concept, to find out if there are any gray rhinos coming China’s way.
